Mantilla is a beautiful true black girl with lovely lock and luster, great head, and perfect suri phenotype.  We all gasped when we sheared her the first time, discovering blinding luster, we were giddy with delight that we purchased her at auction.  She has a friendly personality, and wanted to breed at a year old...talk about early maturiity!  We held her off for our fall breeding program.  Unfortunately, Mantillla's first cria, a tuxedo gray male, was a full term stillborn due to exposure to Leptospirosis.  The bright side is, she is a gray producer and rebred easily to our very own Sterling Vindication for a Fall 2010 cria.
