This gorgeous girl, with the sweetest disposition, got her name because her fleece shines like a copper penny.  Her sire is multiple champion Platinum Marquis, and her dam is our farm favorite, Daphne.  Penny has a dark gray face and dark ears indicating her gray and black heritage.

Penny represents the next generation of fleece improvement.  Plus, she comes from a line of early maturers, heavy milkers (she gained a pound a day with an IgG of 2800), with solid conformation, and a line that maintains fleece consistency year after year. We have no doubts that Penny will carry on these traits.

Penny is confirmed bred to Accoyo Chaska, a multi-champion fawn Bruxo son, and is due to give birth Fall 2010.
