Silver Dollar is a FULL PERUVIAN 3rd generation (on both sides of his pedigree) grey suri with exceptional bloodlines. His maternal grandsire, Magnifico, and his sire, Silver Shadow, contributed to this most amazing color of grey which appears almost blue. After each slick shearing he glows, and Silver Dollar's fleece comes back in beautiful locks with excellent staple length. This is the one we built our foundation herd of females around, and we are delighted with his first offspring!
Silver Dollar was put to work up in Northern California and had a nice crop of new crias spring forth in 09 and 10. A huge streak of crias have been born gray or rose gray out of fawn dams! May the streak continue...
